Arthritus Excercise Program

Denna Chenette will be facilitating an exercise program designed for those diagnosed with arthritis. Now she offers it to her church family on Monday mornings at 10:30 am. For more information, please see her at the foyer sign up table after the worship service. Class begins Monday 9/20/21.
